- Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee the laying and installation of underground pipes in accordance with project plans and engineering specifications.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Enforce compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, and health & safety (H&S) regulations.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Ensure that piping work is completed within budget and according to the project schedule.
- Workforce Coordination: Supervise and coordinate pipe laying teams, equipment operators, and labourers.
- 10+ years of experience in civil and structural construction, specializing in pipe laying.
- Proven experience as a Civil & Structural Foreman on infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of pipe laying techniques, underground piping systems, and trenching operations.
- Familiarity with engineering codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- A Pipe Laying Certificate is an added advantage.
