Minimum requirements for the positions are as follows:
- Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail.
- Attention to detail.
- Numerical literacy.
- Excellent customer service.

- Strategic thinking.
- Result oriented.
- Assist with the creation of business plans.
- Implementing brand strategy.
- Building a team culture.
- Managing employees and delegating tasks appropriately.
- Accepting accountability for any irregularities under your auspices.
- Taking responsibility for financial reporting for Dealer review.
- Working with Forecourt Supervisors and monitoring shift talk.
- Liaising with internal and stakeholders.
- Implementing business branding.
- Managing stock loss.
- Achieving clean audits in all aspects of the business.
- Engaging staff and customers as well as resolving queries.
- Managing the operations of the business in their entirety.
- Assisting with general IT, HR, and Finance queries within your scope.
- Ensuring relevant Occupational Health and Safety compliance.
- Ensuring compliance and participation with relevant learning programs.
Salary:
Up to R9,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
