    **Technical & Services - Parts and/or Services Position**

    Contract Type:

    Full-time Employment

    About the Role:

    The purpose of this position is to ensure the timely and cost-effective maintenance, servicing, and repair of material handling equipment, systems, and products on company premises. This will be achieved by delivering quality service and maintaining forklifts to specified standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Deliver high-quality service and maintenance of material handling equipment according to set procedures and specifications.
    2. Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, communicating necessary repairs to customers and supervisors.
    3. Maintain accurate vehicle maintenance and operational records, updating information in a timely manner.
    4. Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and professional communication.
    5. Facilitate effective communication between self, workshop staff, and customers.
    6. Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSACT) requirements, ensuring a safe work environment and verifying vehicle safety device operations.
    7. Pursue ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance job knowledge.
