Job Purpose
Matric/ Grade 12
Diploma in Administration or other equivalent qualifications Working Requirements
Minimum 5-10 years' experience at executive level.
Driver's license with own vehicle
Computer literate in MS Office packages (must have strong experience in advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook)
Excellent typing skills wpm) Key Responsibilities
General secretarial support and assistance, including typing correspondence, preparation of presentations, prepare and distribute monthly report.
Maintain accurate filing systems (both electronically and manually).
Maintain confidential files and ensure that the filing of documents is up to date.
Assist in compiling and preparing board packs for Board Meetings and ensure that they are delivered timeously.

Diary management for CEO, coordination of meetings, screening of calls, boardroom arrangements and managing the office in the absence of the CEO.

Book meeting rooms for internal and external meetings as requested and in advance for recurring meetings.
Co-ordinate workshops and other social functions within the company.
Managing and organising internal and external catering for meetings and events.
Coordinate the flow of information, providing a central point of contact for internal and external customers' queries/complaints.
Provide excellent administrative and secretarial support services for other EXCO members.
Helping with travel arrangement for the CEO and other staff members.
