    Key Sales Representative Job Responsibilities

    We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Centurion.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

    • Setting and achieving sales goals, managing sales, and growing revenue
    • Producing monthly forecasting reports to ensure accurate budgeting
    • Achieving targets and ensuring budgets run smoothly

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to travel for business purposes
    • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills

    Key Duties

    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing customers and expanding the customer base
    • Design and implement a strategic Sales Plan to increase the company's presence in the Gauteng region
    • Promote products and sales to all hardware retailers in the Gauteng region, identifying potential customers and engaging them to grow sales
    • Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns, directing and coordinating all sales activities
    • Prepare sales budgets and projections, tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, handle and resolve customer complaints regarding products and services
    • Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities, define and execute territory sales plans
    • Liaise with Senior Management and submit weekly progress reports
