How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?:

The Logistics Supervisor within the ALLISA organisation is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Inbound and Outbound Transport, Receiving and related Inventory movements, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.

Their duties include but not limited to, Inventory Management, Inbound, Storage and Outbound Management and training new staff.

Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods

Measure and report the effectiveness of In/Outbound activities and related performance
-
Organize and maintain In/Outbound inventory and storage areas
-
Ensure shipments' and inventory transactions' accuracy
-
Communicate job expectations and coach employees
-
Determine staffing levels and assign workload
-
Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
-
Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project In/Outbound status
-
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
-
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
-
Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.
-
Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting,training and supervising employees.

Manage Stock takes in conjunction with Inventory Manager
-
Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment.

Develops personal growth opportunities.
-
Facilitating staff development
-
Dealing with internal customer issues and complaints.
-
Receipt of incoming goods.
-
Inspection of all receipts.
-
Storage and preservation.
-
Identification of all materials stored.
-
Materials handling.
-
Packaging
-
Issue and dispatch.
-
Maintenance of stock records.
-
Ensure on time Receiving and Goods Receipt
-
Ensure In/Outbound Transport arrangements are planned and arranged as needed
-
Ensure shipments are delivered correctly and on time
-
Ensure shipments are packaged as per packing instructions/requirements
-
Plan and schedule inbound deliveries with procurement
-
Ensure Export shipments are handled and shipped as per export regulations and requirements
-
Shipment/Inventory InTransit Reporting
-
Develop & document Processes/Procedures & adherence,
-
Inventory disposal for scrapping and receive scrapping certificates
-
Inventory and bin transfers
-
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Refurbishment/Repairs and related inventory movements(system & physical)
-
Rigging/Rigging arrangements and communication
-
Supervise 3PL Providers

Are you a MATCH?:

-
Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education.
-
Relevant degree/diploma/certificate is preferred
-
5 years of Inventory/Logistics Management required, preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry.
