Logistics Administrator - Polokwane, South Africa - Pedros
Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Batching of Pick slips(invoices) for nightshift operations (Incl. double check)
- Reconciliation of invoices printed against Delivery schedule and B2B list sent through to Finance
- Batching of Driver packs for the next days deliveries
- Deconstruct invoice packs diligently on return from routes (Separate Trip sheets, Invoices, Fuel/Toll Slips and Debrief sheets)
- Check Trip sheets for completion of all fields with correct information
- Reconcile previous days invoices against Invoice Handover Sheet
- Capturing of customer orders/B2B's onto sales order report and ensure timeous submission
- Assisting with Adhoc duties when necessary
- Capturing of Claim Tracker
- Performing relief Supervisory and debrief duties when necessary
- Monitor communication between stores and DC
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years experience in the Logistics and transportation industry
- 1 year Administrative experience
- GPS systems and Fleet Management software experience will be advantageous
- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in logistics /supply chain management / Business administration or a related field will be advantageous
