- Perform daily administrative tasks on the Laboratory Information Management System (SLIMS).
- Collect analysis worksheets from analysts daily, record analytical results, and maintain monthly tally sheets.
- Handle sample reception and Job Sheets creation on SLIMS.
- Validate jobs on SLIMS and coordinate with technical signatories and Quality Coordinator.
- Adhere to quality and safety standards of the SGS management system.
- Undertake additional assigned tasks from the line manager.
- Minimum 3 years of Administrative experience.
- Grade 12 education with Mathematics and Science background.
- Knowledge of Laboratory operations is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SLIMS.
- Strong Communication, Integrity, and Attention to detail.
- Punctual, able to work under pressure, and solve problems effectively.
- Flexible and fluent in English (spoken, written, and understood).
