    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver AWESOME customer service and create a WOW experience.
    • Attend to unique shopping needs of each customer and prioritize their satisfaction.
    • Provide prompt and relevant service on the sales floor and by telephone, adhering to basic customer service standards.
    • Determine customers' requirements and advise on product range, price, and warranties.
    • Demonstrate, explain, and advise on products to customers.
    • Sell goods and promote add-on sales and services.
    • Ensure accurate pricing and display of goods.
    • Implement promotions in a timely manner and plan execution in advance.
    • Maintain merchandising layouts and housekeeping standards and schedules.
    • Conduct stock takes and stock counts.
    • Minimize stock loss and expenses.

    Requirements:

    • Matric Certificate.
    • 6 months retail experience.
    • Reliable transportation for shift work.

    Additional Expectations:

    • Undertake any other relevant duties requested by Senior Management.
    • Complete mandatory and service training as required.
    • Maintain confidentiality of all information.
    • Participate in regular appraisals and personal development reviews.
    • Stay up-to-date with current SOPs and adapt to new technology and methods.
