    Description
    • Completed Grade 12 couple with 2 years working experience as a Health & Safety Administrator
    • SAMTRAC qualification
    • Experience in Health & Safety practices, including knowledge of OH&S regulations and ISO45001 standards (not negotiable)
    • Sales Admin experience in both a sales and technical sales environment
    • Valid Drivers Licence

    Duties -

    • Sales Orders & Invoicing: Manage sales orders, quotes, job cards, and invoicing
    • Customer Needs: Understand and tailor solutions to customer requirements
    • Order Management: Place and follow up on customer orders
    • Quotation Follow-Up: Monitor and address queries on quotations
    • Customer Support: Handle complaints and provide resolutions
    • Job Allocation: Assign tasks to LMIs and Crane Technicians
    • Technical Liaison: Coordinate with Technical staff on projects
    • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service and build relationships
    • Equipment Certification: Ensure equipment is certified and meets standards
    • Inspection Reports: Verify and capture inspection details
    • Timely Correspondence: Send required reports and correspondence on time
    • Safety Reporting: Report risks and prioritise safety
    • Safety Practices: Adhere to safety policies and contribute to ISO45001
    • Safety Files: Manage customer safety files and Contractor packs
    • Staff Safety: Ensure staff safety and compliance with regulations
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations
