    Assess and manage credit risk for PIC portfolios, providing expert advice on credit risk factors and participating in due diligence of investment considerations.

    Duties:

    1. Provide Expert Advice: Advise on credit risk factors influencing investment decisions on PIC portfolios for listed and unlisted investments.
    2. Due Diligence and Risk Assessment: Participate in due diligence, providing independent risk assessment reports with recommendations to committees informing decision-making.
    3. Investment Considerations: Assess investments against client mandates and internal policies, forming part of overall risk assessment to inform decision-making.
    4. Ongoing Risk Monitoring: Conduct risk monitoring at investment and portfolio levels for reporting to PIC Management, Client, and Board (as required).
    5. Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in ad-hoc credit and investment risk-related projects improving risk measurement, management, reporting, and minimization while maximizing return on all PIC portfolios.
    6. Quarterly Monitoring: Participate in quarterly monitoring of investments, including impairment calculations.
    7. Client Requests: Provide input into risks and opportunities for portfolio optimization responding to ad-hoc requests from clients and/or PIC management.
    8. Process Enhancement: Contribute to the enhancement of credit risk and investment risk processes ensuring continued robustness of PIC's risk management.
    9. Financial Market Research: Conduct ongoing research and understanding of financial markets to understand trends and risks ensuring informed credit risk recommendations.
