    Job Overview

    This Sales Executive role is a senior position within the company, responsible for overseeing all sales activities related to the aviation industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Meet and exceed sales targets by building relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
    • Manage the sales, leasing, and contracts process to ensure successful delivery of product offerings and solutions according to customer needs.
    • Promote sales for our brands and companies in the group, which our company/ies represent.
    • Research and source new business leads and opportunities to expand the profitable market share of the company.
    • Action and contribute to the management of designated accounts, maintaining documentation, collecting money if necessary, and handling customer complaints.
    • Collaborate with peers and management to ensure company sales targets and performance measures are achieved.

    Requirements

    • Proven sales management or other relevant experience, including ability to develop new business.
    • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
    • Well-developed technical – selling skills and account management skills to adapt style across the customer base.

    • Ability to listen to specific customer/market needs and convert customer problems to business opportunities.
    • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
