Payroll Administrator (Senior):

Minimum Requirements:

Matric.
Beneficial: Relevant tertiary qualification.
Beneficial: Bargaining Council experience
5+ years in a similar position.
Essential: Must have experience working on Psiber.
Valid Drivers License and own vehicle (Traveling to various sites).
Essential Experience:
Payroll Reconciliations.
Statutory Compliance.
Labour Legislation (COIDA, UIF, BCEA, BCCEI and Tax).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintaining and updating all new employee information.
Processing and preparations of monthly payroll on Psiber.
Process overtime, allowances and leave.
Auditing and reconciling of payroll before any submissions.
Collection of all employee documents for legislative requirements for the bargaining council.
Managing of all company benefits and contributions.
Capturing of yearly Provident Fund contributions.
Providing of monthly information from payroll systems as required by Management.
Submitting and preparing of annual returns.
Maintaining and managing of employee filing system.
Maintaining and managing staff movement.
Managing of all payroll queries.
Completing all UIF documentation.
