    Job Title: CommVault Backup Specialist (Certified)

    We are seeking a CommVault Backup Specialist to join our team on a six-month contract. The role involves providing operational support and management for backup systems while ensuring high service quality and adherence to Service Level Agreements.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Provide daily operational support for CommVault Backup systems.
    • Ensure Service Level Agreement compliance and maintain accurate documentation.
    • Manage Change Control, Incident Management, and Problem Management processes efficiently.
    • Offer standby support on a 50/50 rotation schedule as required.

    Requirements

    • A valid CommVault Backup Certification is mandatory.
    • Proven experience in backup operations and management is essential.
    • In-depth knowledge of Service Level Agreements, Change Control, Incident, and Problem Management processes is necessary.
    • The ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, utilizing Centurion-based systems.
    • Availability for standby duty is a requirement.

    Contract Details

    The contract duration is six months.
