Our client a delightful culinary establishment known for its charming ambiance and delectable cuisine. Is currently looking for an experienced Head Chef who is passionate about food and great service.


Responsibilities/Duties (not limited to):
Proven track record as Head Chef
Good knowledge of techniques, flavor combinations, and plating and presentations, with a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and motivate kitchen staff to achieve excellence.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
Good knowledge of food cost and menu planning.
Have experience cooking for groups.


Requirements:
Matric
Relevant experience/qualification
Experience with events and guests (Hosting weddings, tour group bookings, and walk-in guests)
The restaurant is daytime service and events and or functions at night
Own transport is a MUST
