    • To envision and lead the development of integrated technical solutions that meet organizational needs, utilizing visionary thinking and inspirational leadership.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

    Minimum Experience:

    • At least 4 years of experience in similar roles.
    • Over 10 years of experience in the IT industry.

    Technical Knowledge and Skills

    • Solution Architect position with expertise in architectural concepts.
    • Cloud computing, specifically Azure.
    • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).
    • Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance, and Authorization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design end-to-end solutions that balance people, technology, systems, and data to drive efficiency, automation, and client focus.
    • Align solution delivery with the organization's business strategy.
    • Analyze problems and develop comprehensive solutions based on software architectures.
    • Provide technical leadership to ensure correct approaches are followed.
    • Promote the adoption of modern and sustainable designs to continuously improve the IT landscape and build a future-focused portfolio.
    • Ensure designs are fit for purpose, balancing long-term goals with available investment and time to value.
    • Present proposed solutions to relevant governance forums and obtain acceptance from stakeholders.
    • Refine designs and contribute to functional and non-functional requirements.
    • Support engineering teams in resolving complex incidents.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions, participating in infrastructure design, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
    • Contribute to the Engineering Lead community through research, talks, and active engagement.
