    About the Role

    BankservAfrica, a trusted partner of the financial industry, requires employees to adhere to unwavering standards of honesty and transparency.

    Main Purpose

    The Senior Project Manager will provide overall planning, management, and completion of projects and/or programs across various Business Units, Programs, and Portfolios according to BankservAfrica policies and standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Design, develop, and monitor schedules and budgets for assigned projects/programs.
    2. Collaborate with customers to develop project scope of work documents, project and program management plans, and schedules.
    3. Manage project/program development lifecycles, resources, training, deliverables, and reporting structures.
    4. Identify approaches for given projects/programs.
    5. Implement and control project/program change management processes.
    6. Provide input into project office reporting, including updating the project management application.
    7. Control, manage, and report on project/program status, costs, issues, and risks.

    Requirements

    • Tertiary Qualification (NQF 7).
    • Project Management Qualification/PMP certification.
    • Knowledge of Agile Project Development.
    • Required computer literacy levels in MS Office suite and applicable Project Management Applications.

    Experience

    • ICT Application development experience.
    • Minimum 5–10 years' experience in Project and Programme management.
    • Prior experience in Payments and Banking industry is advantageous.

    Salary: R800,000 – R1,200,000 per annum
