    Wealth Manager (Hybrid)

    The Wealth Manager plays a vital role in our collaborative team, utilizing a data-driven Integrated Advice approach. This role takes a holistic view of each client's financial circumstances, aspirations, and family needs, aiming to provide comprehensive long-term financial protection. Our team is composed of diverse talents committed to helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Target Achievement
      • Meet predetermined sales targets by identifying opportunities within the existing client base and advising on approved investment and risk solutions.
    • Client Education and Retention
      • Educate clients on products and services to enhance client retention, increase sales revenue, and expand our client base.
    • Financial Analysis and Planning
      • Analyze financial information gathered from clients to develop tailored financial plans or proposals using appropriate tools and methodologies.
    • Proposal Development
      • Formulate proposals in areas such as cash management, risk assessment, investment planning, and estate planning to help clients achieve their financial goals.
    • Client Reporting
      • Provide regular reports to clients in line with agreed service level agreements, ensuring high-quality and consistent advice that aligns with our investment philosophy.
    • Networking and Competitive Edge
      • Contribute to maintaining a competitive advantage through external networking, benchmarking, and participation in relevant forums.
    • Relationship Building
      • Develop networks and build alliances to strengthen internal support and enhance client offerings.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Education
      • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with a graduate qualification in Finance, Investment, Economics, or a related field.
    • Experience
      • Significant experience in delivering custom-built solutions for client wealth portfolios at a managerial level is essential.
      • Possession of CAT 1 licenses, with CAT 2 licenses as an advantage.
