Position Overview:


We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of our Talent Investor program, launching in South Africa in 2024.

This role requires a blend of operational expertise, event coordination skills, and a passion for developing clear processes that enhance our impact.


Objectives of Role:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage operations and logistics for the Jasiri Talent Investor
  • Manage requirements in establishing the first roll out of the Talent Investor including the identification and oversight of the relevant venue, ensuring it is fit for purpose and use.
  • Prepare facilities and coordinate all logistics for residential programs and events.
  • Strategize costcutting initiatives and maintain compliance with organizational standards.
  • Engage and manage procurement, contracting, payment and relationships with service providers and partners.
  • Manage communications and operational requirements with the entrepreneurs accepted into and exited from the Talent Investor program.
  • Coordinate nonprogrammatic interventions and represent AGGP at stakeholder events.

Experience and Qualifications:


Experience:

years of experience in Operations, Business Administration, Events Management, or Logistics.

  • Proven track record in project or business operations management.

Education:


  • Relevant 3year Diploma/Degree.

Competencies:


Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • An analytical thinker with a detailoriented approach and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with tools like Asana.
  • A proactive problem solver with a service excellence mindset.
