    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at Leroy Merlin. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Apply the sales process to build customer relationships and meet sales targets
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
    • Engage customers to understand their needs and guide them in their choice
    • Provide appropriate solutions through products and services
    • Identify new business opportunities through understanding market trends
    • Follow up on sales leads
    • Liaise with Department Manager and merchandisers on products that are preferred by customers
    • Maintain outstanding store conditions, i.e. layout, cleanliness, prices, product availability, and visual merchandising standards
    • Participate in the department's commercial action plan
    • Assist customers throughout the sales process, before, during, and after sales
    • Propose personalized solutions, including products and different services (delivery, installation, etc.)
    • Work autonomously
    • Assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store
