    Job Title: Sales Representative

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve them.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers, to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and results to inform future strategies and optimize performance.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
    • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and other external functions to build brand awareness and drive business growth.

    Requirements

    • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the beverages or FMCG industry.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Flexibility to travel overnight, as required, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

    Qualifications

    • Related undergraduate degree or diploma.

    Skills

    • Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Able to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
    • Hard-working, can-do-will-do attitude, with a proven track record in sales.
