Minimum requirements:

• Ensure proper stock reception following company guidelines
• Supervise receiving area for inventory counts, expiration dates, and stock condition
• Manage and monitor cash registers and cash handling procedures
• Conduct random inspections to ensure compliance
• Accurate daily inventory counts as per Stock Office schedule
• Take charge of general site security and responsibility
• Effective team leadership
• Assess and offer guidance and training to staff as needed
• Focus on ensuring customer happiness
• Document and present performance metrics weekly and monthly
• Handle any additional duties as assigned by the Manager
• General upkeep and maintenance tasks
