    MAC Consulting is hiring for an SAP Senior Project Manager to join our Programme team. This individual will be responsible for project managing to deliver across a range of Programme projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build client and industry knowledge.
    • Build and lead cross-functional project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities, fostering collaboration, and providing direction to achieve project objectives.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address any issues.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting to provide visibility and accountability to stakeholders as well as keep track of the project.
    • Support project initiation and design project implementation, including project management aspects such as time, cost, quality, and delivery.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants involved in the project, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Develop training programs and provide support to end-users to facilitate successful SAP adoption and utilization.
    • Demonstrate core consulting skills.
    • Take personal responsibility for individual development.
    • Contribute to collaborative team initiatives, acting as a team contributor and supporting others.

    Requirements

    • At least 10 years in management consulting or a professional services environment.
    • Experience working on programmes focused on SAP implementations, utilizing project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or a Hybrid of the two.
    • Bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement.
    • Postgraduate (Honours level), preferred. MBA, optional.
    • SAP certifications, e.g., SAP S/4 Hana
    • In-depth knowledge and experience with SAP systems, modules, and functionalities are essential.
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to engage and build impactful relationships.
