    Key Responsibilities:

    • Building Skills & Growing Talent
      • Conduct training needs assessments to pinpoint skill gaps and development opportunities.
      • Design and deliver engaging soft skills programs, workshops, and learning materials that align with business goals.
      • Partner with subject matter experts to develop high-impact training solutions.
    • Facilitating Learning & Driving Engagement
      • Lead dynamic training sessions across different formats—virtual, in-person, and e-learning.
      • Keep learners engaged through interactive methods, storytelling, and real-world applications.
      • Ensure training initiatives resonate with employees and contribute to their success.
    • Measuring Impact & Refining Programs
      • Use surveys, assessments, and performance data to evaluate training effectiveness.
      • Analyze feedback and continuously enhance learning programs.
      • Prepare reports on participation, progress, and impact for leadership teams.
    • Ensuring Compliance & Skills Development
      • Align training programs with skills development regulations and company policies.
      • Support national training compliance and reporting to meet industry requirements.

      • Manage LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and training resources.
      • Stay ahead of trends in e-learning, gamification, and digital training experiences.

    About You

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development.
    • Hands-on experience in instructional design, training facilitation, and e-learning strategies.
    • Dynamic communicator & facilitator—you make learning engaging and impactful.
    • Expert in adult learning principles—you know how to design training that sticks.
    • Data-driven mindset—you track training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
    • Tech-savvy with training platforms—experience with LMS, e-learning tools, and virtual training delivery.
    • Project management pro—you juggle multiple programs and deadlines with ease.
    • Certification in Training & Development (CPTD, ATD, or equivalent).
    • Experience with skills development reporting & compliance in a corporate environment.
    • Background in leadership development and career coaching.
