    **Job Summary:**
    We are seeking an experienced AI Innovation Strategist to join our team at Mindworx Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of strategic AI initiatives that align with our business goals.

    **About the Role:**
    The AI Innovation Strategist will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models and solutions, as well as manage and mentor a team of AI data scientists, machine learning engineers, and analysts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and drive innovation, analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights, and communicate AI strategies and outcomes to stakeholders.

    **Responsibilities:**
    • Develop and implement a strategic AI vision aligned with the company's goals.
    • Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models and solutions.
    • Manage and mentor a team of AI data scientists, machine learning engineers, and analysts.
    • Collaborate with content, technology, and business teams to identify AI opportunities and drive innovation.
    • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights for content personalization and targeting.
    • Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

    **Qualifications and Skills:**
    • Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in AI development and deployment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Experience building and leading a high-performance data science/AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
    • Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
    • Excellent understanding of natural language processing (NLP), Large Language Models, GenAI and data analytics.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate AI concepts into business value.

    **What We Offer:**
    Competitive salary ($120,000 - $160,000 per annum) and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
