    Role Purpose and Business Unit:

    This role contributes to portfolio growth, with a focus on business development, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies. Success is measured by sustained revenue growth and effective customer and buyer experiences through achieving customer value propositions.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with partners to identify product-focused opportunities and outcomes.
    • Develop and improve customer experience and channel management.
    • Create incentive models to drive target achievement across channels.
    • Provide direction to business partners to enhance internal and external customer experiences.
    • Resolve escalated customer queries from channel areas.
    • Maintain key account engagement with partners.
    • Manage OPEX spend for the division.
    • Ensure delivery of financial and operational targets aligned with strategic objectives.
    • Monitor revenue pipelines, manage prospects, and leads.
    • Work closely with functional departments to ensure collaboration.
    • Develop and review business cases.
    • Establish and manage strategic partnerships to boost revenue profiles and drive product usage.
    • Develop a comprehensive strategy for portfolio partnerships based on unit goals and vision.
    • Lead growth levers across activation, engagement, monetization, and product-led sales outcomes.

    Ideal Candidate Requirements:

    Tech/Professional Qualifications:

    • Matric is essential.
    • Business/sales degree or equivalent qualification (post-graduate advantageous).
    • At least 7+ years' experience in business and partner management.
    • 2+ years leadership/people management experience ideal.

    • Business planning.
    • Sales/marketing plan management and targets.
    • Telco, Media, Technology, and advertising products and services expertise.
    • Cross-functional team operations management.
    • Project Management.

    Job-Related Skills:

    • Telco Vas service, Technology, Media, and Advertising understanding.
    • Startups and investment experience.
