How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?:

The Project Controller within the ALLISA organization is accountable for the controlling the schedule progress of the projects and resources availability, coordinating with Project Managers,Construction Managers, Project Engineers and Operations.

The project controller evaluates the actual position of the project on the field ,compares the actual states with desired state and propose a corrective actions if required.

The primary role is to track and coordinate the progress of the project on a day to day basis to ensure that all projects are on track.

A crucial component of the project controller is accurate reporting.

Project Coordination. Coordinating and regulating various meetings such as project schedule progress reviews,kick off meetings,constructability reviews and capitalization meetings.
Provide vital inputs to daily and periodic project progress and status reports to top management.
Provide support to the project team during high activity periods.

Cost Management. Ensure effective cost estimation, cost control in coordination with Procurement and Finance departments, document control and planning for all projects so that the project can be completed within the approved budget.

Time Management. Develop and maintain an integrated detailed project planning overview for the department. The detailed project planning to include the projects initiated from the ALLISA action management plan.
Validate and integrate the sub-schedules of the subcontractors.
Measure progress and adjust the critical path.
Validate the compatibility between tasks and resources.
Propose mitigation plans in the event of delays. Track and coordinate the progress of the project on a day to day basis to ensure that all projects are on track

Quality. Ensure that quality management systems and procedures are in place to effectively ensure quality for engineering, construction and procurement. Ensure complete and up to date project administration and processes required to manage the timeously completion of the project.

Stakeholder Alignment and Communication. Ensure timeously planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, control, monitoring, and the ultimate disposition of project information. Identify all people or organizations impacted by the project schedule, analyzing all stakeholder expectations and impact on the project.


Safety/Risk Management. Execute the ALLISA SHE strategy to achieve zero harm. Conduct Risk Management planning, identification, analysis, response planning, and controlling Risk on a project in a proactive manner

Educational requirements
-
Minimum B-Tech,B.Eng or B.Sc (Engineering)
-
Project Management Qualification (Advantageous)

Experience
-
A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years' working experience in Project Management
-
A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience in an operational environment
-
Work experience on tier 1 and / or tier 2 projects (all project phases)
