    Role Overview

    We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Admin Support Specialist to join our Sales Reports Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring report accuracy and quality. You will be responsible for reviewing reports, checking client details, verifying technical accuracy, and confirming that all documentation meets our standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review surveyor reports for accuracy, including client names, spelling, grammar, and technical details.
    • Verify key elements such as weather details and correct recording of structural components (e.g., chimney stacks).
    • Ensure all reports adhere to company guidelines before submission.
    • Collaborate with the sales and surveyor teams to rectify discrepancies or missing information.
    • Maintain a structured and organised workflow to ensure timely report processing.
    • Utilise internal systems and software to manage and track reports efficiently.
    • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the sales team.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a detail-oriented role.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in reports.
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong grammar and proofreading skills.
    • Experience working with CRM systems or document management software is an advantage.
    • Ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy levels.
    • A reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection are required.
