What you will be doing:
- Supporting the design, development, implementation, testing, validation, documentation, review and maintenance of enterprise applications.
- Supporting system administrators to help respond to user request for assistance.
- Providing support to internal and external clients throughout all phases of the System Development Life Cycle
- Applying understanding of company's general business functions and systems to determine the impact of system changes to the business.
- Evaluating new or updated products and services.
- Providing mentoring and supporting the training of staff members.
- Participating in initiatives to develop, test and implement system changes, integration, upgrades and patches.
- Working with Operational teams to determine working procedures and best practices.
- Contributing to opportunities of efficiency and improvement within the team and externally.
To be successful in this role you will need: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent completed.
- 3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (TrackWise and/or Vault Quality is preferred ).
- Experience implementing systems and process solutions
- The ability to mentor and train other team members on system and process.
- Strong knowledge of systems architecture and experience with application specific processes.
- Strong familiarity with systems specific processes related to data/document management etc.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot problems.
