Administration Officer - Cape Town, South Africa - SFG ENGINEERING SERVICES (PTY) LTD
Description
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies stock, place orders, and arrange medicals.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Carry out bank reconciliation, creditors, and debtors accounts.
- Maintain and update the company database based on employees and vehicle files.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Handle Petty Cash
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Issuing AOD and warnings
- Maintain company vehicle registration, licensing, and traffic fines.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
- Must have Drivers and own transport.
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problemsolving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Matric; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
