Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies stock, place orders, and arrange medicals.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Carry out bank reconciliation, creditors, and debtors accounts.
  • Maintain and update the company database based on employees and vehicle files.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Handle Petty Cash
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Issuing AOD and warnings
  • Maintain company vehicle registration, licensing, and traffic fines.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
  • Must have Drivers and own transport.
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problemsolving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Matric; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
