A National ICT company has an exciting IT Project Coordinator opportunity available due to planned expansion.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assisting in determining deliverables
Analyse existing service level agreements
Manage all project logistics
Execution of project plan to bring about customer satisfaction
Provide timeous progress reports
Understand the mandate or purpose of the project and communicate this to project team
Provide the team with customer service feedback on projects
Analyse employee satisfaction/ climate survey results
Analyse and measure the number of grievances escalated on projects
Provide timeous and accurate progress reports
Adhere to client's project requirements
Give logístical support to project resources
Assist in the development of Project Briefs
Help in compilation of progress reports
Assist with risk analysis and management
Keep project records
