- Implement and configure the CMMS system to meet the specific needs of the packaging facility
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and work orders
- Monitor equipment performance data and analyze trends to identify potential issues and recommend improvement measures
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to optimize maintenance strategies and improve equipment reliability
- Provide training and support to end-users on CMMS functionalities
- Generate reports and analyze CMMS data to track maintenance KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain accurate equipment records and update the CMMS system with relevant information
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with CMMS systems in the packaging industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning in the packaging industry
- Strong knowledge of CMMS functionalities and configuration
- Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the packaging industry
