    Sales Director

    Join Vestas, a leading company in renewable energies, and leverage your strategic sales management experience to drive success in complex energy infrastructure projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify new business opportunities through customer, competitor, and market understanding.
    • Buid and grow sales pipeline.
    • Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and ensure good understanding of their projects.
    • Manage and deliver sales projects from origination to close.
    • Negotiate projects to contract completion.
    • Monitor and meet KPIs for order intake, revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction.
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
    • Organize and oversee cross-functional deals teams through the team selling concept.

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in strategic sales management in the energy industry or related field.
    • Master's degree in engineering or business preferred.
    • Proven sales history and solid drive.
    • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to create win-win situations.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Collaborative mindset and experience working in a matrix setup.
