    Description

    This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals and take on office management and administration responsibilities. You will interact with clients by managing relationships and providing exceptional client services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Gather policy information and compile a summary of relevant details.
    • Prepare client reviews and proposals according to set templates.
    • Capture data and conduct research on product information.
    • Handle new applications, quotations, and client enquiries.
    • Manage diaries for new and existing business cases and appointments between wealth advisers and clients.
    • Maintain CRM systems and rebalance existing portfolios.
    • Distribute monthly and quarterly statements and manage administrative documentation.
    • Build and maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Record transaction details and ensure service level agreement deadlines are met.
    • Manage policy renewals and ensure FAIS compliance.

    Requirements:

    • A completed BCom degree (preferably majoring in Information Systems, Analytics, or Investment Planning/Risk Management) or BCom (Economics).
    • 0-2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
    • Paraplanning experience is advantageous.
    • Proficient in spoken and written English and at least one other official South African language.
    • Strong computer literacy (MS Office), particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong technical and administrative skills.
