Translate stakeholders requirements into reporting deliverable

Creating, and analyse reports
Create custom reporting templates and dashboards
Pulling data for report writing and predicting future trends/spend trends.
Providing financial information for report writing timeously to respective managers.
Accessing information from Mediamark and regional account executives for sales reports
Analysing and predicting consumer behaviour and possible market related opportunities.
Provide data for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports including monthly sales report, Opco report, monthly and quarterly Board reports.
Compile monthly pipeline feedback reports.
Track revenue driver weekly.
Assist sales in providing data in whatever format is required for forward planning and strategic initiatives.
Pull data on competitive activity and proactively provide this information.

Liaise with Mediamark

Build relationships with the Pricing Strategist and Financial Director at Mediamark in order to have timeous access to the information required.

Qualification

National degree or equivalent qualification in computer science or a businessrelated major, such as economics, finance, or accounting

Skills and Experience

Minimum of 35 years' experience in a similar position
Preferably knowledge of the media/sales industry
Indepth knowledge of reporting requirements and the financial impact of the various aspects of the business, both regional and national
Uptodate knowledge of specific technology and reporting systems used in the industry
Ability to work well with others
Strong reasoning and analytical skills
Planning and organisational skills
Ability to use standard wordprocessing and spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Word and Excel, database programs
Problemsolving skills

Computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
