Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree (Property, Legal or Finance degree preferred)
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Emphasising the origination of new lending transactions.
- Promoting and selling a range of banking products and services to meet customers' financial needs.
- Being accountable for development and execution of creative sales strategies & campaigns.
- Drafting facility documentation, capital raising packs, bridging finance requests and associated mandates.
- Achieving individual sales targets while contributing to team goals.
- Providing expert advice and personalised solutions to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Staying updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
Minimum Experience and Skills:
- 3+ experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skiIls.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
