Business Development Manager

Talented individuals are invited to contribute to the growth of a leading insurer and financial services provider in South Africa. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our client base in the Eastern Cape region through targeted marketing and sales initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth in the Eastern Cape by implementing effective sales strategies and cultivating strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop compelling proposals and secure orders with partners, ensuring alignment and meeting business objectives.

Key Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in business development within financial services, telecoms, insurance, or a similar service industry.
• Proven ability to work effectively with Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) or similar clientele, promoting Group Life, Group Funeral, Group Medical Insurance, and related products.
• Strong numerical aptitude, exceptional communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
