Introduction
Our client, based in Gauteng, is looking for a Senior Ink Technician / Manager to join their team.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Adjusting standard products as per local requirements.
  • Sharing required adjustments with central R&D team, taking their approval and implementing in local market.
  • Understanding technical requirement of customers in detail, gathering all inputs and recommending suitable product from product library.
  • Analysing issues faced by customer and identifing rootcause.
  • Capable of guiding team to match customer specific needs accurately and quickly.
  • Communicating directly with customers and internal stake holders.
  • Sharing technical updates and evaluation reports with all stakeholders.
  • Prompt response to customer queries.
  • Following and establishing culture of safety within team by following safe practices and using appropriate PPEs.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Should have good knowledge of raw materials.
  • Knowledge of local regulations for raw material selection.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Handling of chemical products knowledge and experience.
  • Customer liaison experience.
  • Experience working with R&D team.
