PURPOSE

The main purpose of the role is to develop a framework that will provide financial analysis, support and guidance for long term strategy formation and key projects, to support and monitor performance of the business, generate in-depth analysis, insight and to support the business planning; forecasting processes and budget control efforts.

Cost Centre Managers
Product Managers
Customers and Suppliers
Lenders
Senior Management

& Executives

ERP Providers
SARS, PASA, Banks

Your key responsibilities include:

Financial Management
Along with the Head FP&A oversee the Forecast revenue and expenditure of the group
Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities
Understand the profitability and growth drivers for the business and ensure that the key insights are well understood
Prepare and oversee company scenario planning and longterm strategy planning
Reporting and measurement of metrics related to planning and achievement of strategy
Develop and build complex financial model to support commercial case opportunities
Drive best practice, iterative improvement, and innovation at a strategic deployment level
Provide input into Group budget, demonstrate cost awareness and control and report on
