Description

We are seeking a dynamic, articulate, and self-assured individual to join a big and bustling Car Rental Empire.

Your duties will include handling bookings, walk-ins, upselling additional services, resolving issues, providing extensive customer service to local and foreign clients, managing administrative tasks, reporting, and other miscellaneous responsibilities.

It is essential that you have outstanding sales, interpersonal and administrative skills, uphold a consistent polished and professional appearance, excel in a cooperative team setting, can cope in a high pressure working environment, process a valid Drivers License and can provide genuine and verifiable references.

Car Rental experience is highly advantageous for this role.

SHIFT TIMES - 7 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. 7 am to 2 pm on Saturdays and alternate Sundays and Public Holidays.

Non - Negotiable Job Requirements
Matric Certificate or Equivalent

A Valid Drivers License and own transport.

3 years of Customer Facing experience in a selling type environment

Computer literate - Excel is essential

Excellent Command of the English Language

Be well groomed and presented.

Have excellent interpersonal and admin skills

A stable work history

Reliable and contactable references.
