About the Job

This is a sales-focused role, where you will be responsible for promoting and selling new and pre-owned vehicles to customers. As a car salesperson, your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet potential customers, understand their needs, and present them with suitable vehicle options.
Build rapport with customers, establish trust, and negotiate prices to ensure successful sales.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor pricing, and new vehicle releases to remain competitive.
Work closely with colleagues to achieve team sales targets and support the dealership's overall goals.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic knowledge of vehicles, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
