    HR Business Partner / Talent Manager
    The Opportunity
    You will serve as the first point of contact for employees and leaders in select practices within the Assurance service line. Your deep understanding of the business needs and strategy will enable you to translate these needs into relevant talent initiatives and work to ensure successful implementation of key, high-touch people processes and initiatives, aligned with the business strategies.
    Your Key Responsibilities
    1. Provide consultative support to various business units within the Assurance Service Line on matters relating to the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
    2. Engage in discussions with the business to develop the talent agenda based on business needs and drivers.
    3. Partner and communicate extensively with business leaders to design and deliver talent initiatives.
    4. Execute major talent processes including compensation planning, performance management, talent development, onboarding/integration, workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies across a geography or practice area.
    5. Serve as the first point of contact on employee relations issues.

    Skills and Attributes for Success
    1. Ability to manage multiple priorities.
    2. Strong business acumen; understands the professional service industry.
    3. Relationship-building skills.
    4. Experience and understanding of employment legislation.

    To Qualify for the Role You Must Have
    1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    2. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a HR Business Partner role.
