Call Centre Team Leader, Illovo - Johannesburg

Market Related plus commission

Responsible for leading the call centre sales team who process Inbound sales calls.

Help the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales budget/s set for the unit and optimize the unit resources as set by the sales division.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in a similar role
Previous leading managing call centre staff
Call Centre Knowledge
Good admin skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive performance and motivate the team

Oversee sales management systems, structures, technology platforms, policies and procedures

Salary: R10, R15, incentive bonus monthly
