    Role Summary: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the identification, assessment, and improvement of existing business processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the team in identifying and assessing existing business processes to determine areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement a skills transfer plan to enhance the capabilities of our team members.
    • Create an organization-wide current and to-be business process map to visualize our operations.
    • Publish a comprehensive report outlining findings and recommendations for process enhancements.
    • Design and execute an implementation plan for Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

    Requirements:

    • Team Lead/Practitioner with Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA) certification or a Diploma in Business Analysis.
    • Enterprise Architecture Certification (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, or Certified Enterprise Architect).
