  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and make suggestions for process improvements.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Sourcing professional or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
