    Green Energy Contract Manager

    We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of large-scale renewable energy projects.

    About the Role:

    • Manage and administer O&M contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
    • Coordinate the procurement process, working closely with O&M managers and procurement teams.
    • Liaise between O&M managers and suppliers/service providers, ensuring contract execution aligns with operational needs.
    • Monitor contract performance and ensure service providers deliver in line with their contractual obligations.
    • Oversee contract amendments, renewals, and formal communications related to ongoing projects.
    • Analyze contract adequacy and management processes for improvement opportunities.
    • Track and manage purchase requests, invoicing, and cost monitoring in SAP MM.

    Requirements:

    • University Degree in Contract Management, Law, or Engineering.
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in contract management or project administration, preferably within renewable energy, infrastructure, or heavy industry sectors.
    • Strong experience in contract administration, procurement processes, and supplier relationship management.
    • Proficiency in SAP MM, with experience managing purchase orders and contract-related data.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and reporting tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
