We are looking for an exceptional senior leader to serve as our

Group Manager:
People Operations.

The purpose of this role is to drive high-quality and cost-effective delivery focused on People & Performance (P&P) activities delivered through a centralised service hub within the organization.

This new role will be responsible for bringing critical P&P activities into the Hub to further increase the effectiveness, efficiency and speed of critical tasks.


Minimum Requirements:


QUALIFICATIONS:

B Degree (Hons) (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)


EXPERIENCE:


8-10 years Relevant Operational or Consulting experience across the Human Capital value chain, with a strong understanding of the processes, policies and systems with Human Capital including at least 5 years at a senior management level.

Ability to work across and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results and a track record of recognising trends and developing recommendations based on analytics and insights.

Duties & Responsibilities:


Reporting to the Chief People & Performance Officer, this role is an integral member of the P&P Leadership Team and you will be responsible for much of the operational work P&P is responsible for.

This includes overseeing and improving P&P processes, supporting managers and employees with self-service navigation and completion of people processes, our digital transformation journey (incl. automation and process improvement opportunities), and enhanced people analytics.

You will collaborate closely with the P&P COE leaders and Strategic People Partners to identify opportunities to add value to the business through P&P functional efficiency and service excellence.
