- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in [industry/sector].
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other online recruitment platforms.
- Knowledge of HRIS and/or performance management systems.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.
- Certifications in recruitment or HR-related fields (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
