• Matric
• 3 Year Qualification in IT, A+ certificate or Similar
• 23 years of related experience in the IT field
• Proven understanding of computer hardware, software, Network concepts and network devices.
• Willing to adapt to changing IT environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Business suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft exchange server.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable Vehicle.
• Able to work in a highvolume environment.
• Willing to work after hours and weekends.
• Must be physically fit to lift equipment.
• Must be comfortable working in confined spaces such as server room.
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks.

• Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Ensuring electrical safety standards are met.
• Repairing and replacing damaged hardware.
• Conducting daily backup operations
• Installing and upgrading antivirus software to ensure security at the user level.
• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
• C Escalation of any faults reported that is outstanding by E.O.D.
• Weekly Audit Reporting on all issued for the week.

• JUNIOR IT TECHNICIAN: 3 years (required)
