Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at {company}.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of work experience in a food manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of FSSC22000, ISO/TS 22002, and HACCP studies.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the quality and food safety system and documentation.
Chair Food Safety meetings and Management Reviews.
Conduct internal audits and external supplier audits.
Provide staff training and quality staff development.
Drive and maintain a Quality and Food Safety culture.
Handle external Food Safety audits, Customer audits, and other compliance audits.
Oversee all In-Process Quality Control activities.
Oversee testing and release of materials and finished goods.
Manage the change control program.
Complete non-conformances for both internal and external parties.
Investigate and complete customer complaints.
Analyze key elements and conduct validation studies as required.
Manage the retention sample and shelf-life testing program.
Compile monthly quality reports for management.
Approve new suppliers.
Liaise with suppliers on quality-related matters.
Oversee Food Safety aspects of maintenance, calibrations, pest control, etc.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of work experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of FSSC22000, ISO/TS 22002, and HACCP studies.
Effective communication, excellent organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Teamwork and ability to work independently.
Strong work ethic and high integrity.
Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
